By accessing or using Dobahn ("the Service"), available at dobahn.com and app.dobahn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Dobahn is a modular, high-focus productivity system designed to help you plan, track, and reflect on your daily work. The Service includes task management, focus timers, daily planning tools, and related features.

To use Dobahn, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

You retain ownership of all content you create within Dobahn (tasks, notes, goals, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Dobahn name, logo, design, and all associated visual and functional elements are the intellectual property of Dobahn. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

We strive to keep Dobahn available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dobahn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
